No, none of our services require port forwarding. The V Rising server is hosted on our own computers in a data center, so we handle all of the networking aspects for you.
Creating a backup protects you from losing your game progress. There are many possible causes and not all of them are influenced by your actions. This is why we recommend regularly creating backups. The creation of a backup is quite simple. You can find a corresponding ‘backup’ menu item in the game server panel.
Absolutely! Upgrade/downgrade your server at any time and pay only the difference at a prorated amount. Upgrading or downgrading can be done by visiting the billing panel or contacting us.
You can transfer your service to Equinox Hosting by using the SFTP or by creating a backup. Just download a backup of your previous service and upload it to your new service at Equinox Hosting – via FileZilla.
Currently – our system requires manual verification by our team, in which case it should not take more than 24 hours; as long as you can provide all of the requested information in time.
