We provide free standard technical and billing support with all our services.
Examples such as installing modpacks, changing versions or doing migrations if you are transferring from another host. Just ask us, we’ll be more than happy to help you.
You can cancel the server at any time you want. We do not enforce any contracts or obligations in this matter.
We offer a 72 hour money back guarantee. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase or simply changed your mind, just contact us for a full refund.
We currently accept PayPal and Stripe.
Your service will be suspended after 3 days from the due date and terminated after 7 days from the due date. You can always renew your service on the suspension period, but all your files will be permamently deleted after the termination date.
As well as a monthly billing cycle, we allow you to pay annually.
Absolutely! Upgrade/downgrade your server at any time and pay only the difference at a prorated amount. Upgrading or downgrading can be done by visiting the billing panel or contacting us.

Running a gaming server allows you full control over its operation, meaning you have the ability to customize the server as much as you wish. Game servers are also popular amongst private groups of friends for a more relaxed gaming experience. When you have a game server, you control who comes in and out of your sessions; and what permissions they have within the game.
No, none of our services require port forwarding. The server is hosted on our own computers in a data center, so we handle all of the networking aspects for you.
If you’re not happy with the service, and are within 72 hours of the initial signup, let us know and we’ll issue a full refund.
You can transfer your service to Equinox Hosting by using the SFTP or by creating a backup. Just download a backup of your previous service and upload it to your new service at Equinox Hosting – via FileZilla.
